What Does It Mean To Be A Strong Woman?

To be a strong woman, you have to show up and push past your greatest excuses. You have to know when it’s time to rest, and when it’s time to work. You make the choice to be supportive of those women around you, who are showing up next to you, pushing past their own excuses and giving their own 100% every day.

I've been called every name. I've been called too skinny. I've been called too fat. I've been called too muscular. I think once you get to a place where there are so many more important things, like how you're training and what your training goals are, you stop caring. I'm at a point where I don't even care how I look. I think I look fine and I look happy, but that's not my main focus anymore, which is so freeing. I can go to the gym and only focus on this one thing—getting better and getting stronger.

You realize that your health goes far beyond any aesthetic goal, and that you prioritize it in order to be strong and healthy for your family. And throughout the process, you learn that the journey is far more important than the end goal.
