About Mary

Mary is the proud mother of three very active adult children. Raising her children in an active sports environment has driven Mary to pursue an athletic life style and make it her own. She not only challenges herself by maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle, but also demonstrates her passion by pursing educational credits to be able to teach others, sharing her experiences with students and helping them achieve their own personal fitness goals. She has recently completed courses in kettlebell, weightlifting and bodyweight training and plans to pursue additional certifications in kettlebell training and nutrition in the near future. Her enthusiasm for fitness and strength shows in her training and she is passionate about helping others.

Dori is the mother of two beautiful girls.  As an active mom and business person, fitness has always been a priority for Dori.  After closing her retail business of 10 years, Dori made the decision to pursue fitness as a career.  Being at Aspire, coaching clients, is a rewarding privilege that inspires Dori to keep growing, learning and improving, becoming a better coach, mom and human being.

About Caity:

Caity grew up a multi-sport athlete, playing softball, soccer, and basketball up through high school.  In her first years of college she took an interest in other forms of health and fitness, so she joined a local gym and started doing her own training.  Eager to learn more about the field, she decided to obtain her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Caity worked at the Atlantic Club as a personal trainer for two years.  During that time, she also interned at Monmouth University in their Strength and Conditioning Department.  There, she worked with various sports teams including football, baseball, softball, lacrosse, men’s and women’s tennis, golf, soccer etc.  Enjoying the experience and learning a lot about training with athletes, she went on to obtain her C.S.C.S.

Caity continues to play sports consisting of beach volleyball and indoor soccer.  Over the past two years, she has taken on a new passion for endurance sports such as half marathons and sprint triathlons, as well as obstacle course racing.  She plans to accomplish her first Olympic level triathlon in 2018.
