Ingredients:

- 1 cup jasmine or brown rice π
- 1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth π§
- 1/2 tsp salt π§
For the Bowl Toppings:
- 1 avocado, sliced π₯
- 1 cup cucumber, diced π₯
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots π₯
- 1/2 cup edamame (optional) π«
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced π§

For the Spicy Mayo Drizzle:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise π₯

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Toss the salmon bites to coat and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
