Professional Qualifications:
– B.S. in Exercise Science at Georgian Court University
– C.S.C.S.
– FMS Level 1 & 2
– Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Certification
About Caity:
Caity grew up a multi-sport athlete playing softball, soccer and basketball. In college
she took an interest in other forms of fitness so she joined the local gym and started
educating herself more about exercise and creating a training program that works. She
has worked at several different training facilities including an internship with Monmouth
University’s Strength and Conditioning Department where she worked with various
teams in the weightroom and soon learn about Olympic Lifting. She has been with
Aspire Fitness for 8 years now, and has since added a variety of programs such as
several Tactical Strength Challenge competitions, Kettlebell classes and our new
Legends program for 65 and older.
She has participated in several triathlons, obstacle course races, strength competitions
and Hyrox races. She grew up with two older brothers and has that competitive edge.
And while she loves to prioritize health and fitness, she is always up for throwing in a
Bells and Brews class to keep the community fun and engaging!
She loves Coaching because she believes that strength is a choice; it’s earned through
effort and experience; and that includes physical and mental strength. With so many
uncontrollables from day to day, it’s nice to have that one thing you can always turn to
and that is your effort.
Favorite exercise: Kettlebell Swings because they are a great test of power and
athleticism
Fun Fact: Can be motivated (or bribed) with chips and guac or a cold beer

Professional Qualifications and Continuing Education:

– Certified Personal Trainer – NASM
– Certified Functional Strength Coach – CFSC
– USA Weightlifting

Mary began her coaching journey at Aspire Fitness in May 2016, driven by a deep passion for helping others discover their strength and confidence. Mary hold certifications from NASM, CFSC, and USAW, all of which support her commitment to providing safe, effective, and personalized training for every client.

What brings her the greatest satisfaction in coaching is making a real impact in people’s lives-building trust, helping clients overcome intimidation, and guiding them to find success in both mobility and resistance training. “There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone grow not just physically, but mentally and emotionally through their fitness journey.”

Personally, she enjoys working with the barbell-Mary’s favorite lifts are the deadlift, barbell clean, and split jerk. She’s also passionate about any training that involves kettlebells, appreciating their versatility and the strength, control, and coordination they help develop.

Outside the gym, Mary cherishes time spent with her children, four grandchildren and extended family. Commitment to her own fitness allows her to run, jump, roll and keep up with whatever the grandchildren have in store. “I’m especially grateful for time with my 94-year-old mother, who taught me for decades that movement is the true fountain of youth. I prioritize my own strength and self-care with regular training, and I love being outdoors, where I feel grounded and refreshed.”

Lauren Dabal

Admin, Social Media Manager, CFSC Coach
Read More

Growing up the youngest sibling with 2 older brothers (and a dad with a makeshift home gym in the basement), Lauren was raised in a competitive, sports-centered environment where she learned the importance of consistently leading an active, healthy lifestyle from a very early age.

Before becoming manager of Aspire Fitness in 2021, Lauren was actually one of our long-time members while pursuing a career in specialty coffee. Although she didn’t initially plan to pivot into the fitness industry full-time, the opportunity to work alongside Brian, Adam and the rest of the Aspire Fitness team was a no brainer – being surrounded by so many individuals from different walks of life with the common goal of improving their health and fitness has been a constant source of motivation and inspiration to keep her moving forward both mentally and physically.

Outside of Aspire, Lauren is a (crazy) dog mom, mental-health advocate, freelance portrait artist, coffee hobbyist, podcast junkie, dessert enthusiast & lover of the outdoors.
Lauren joined the Aspire Fitness team in 2021 as the full-time admin and social media manager—a role she continues to proudly hold. Since becoming part of the Aspire community, she has fully embraced a health and fitness-centered lifestyle both in and out of the gym, which led her to earn her CFSC coaching certification in 2024.
While she enjoys working with all clients, she especially values being a safe, welcoming presence for women who may feel intimidated by the gym or unsure about starting something new. Whether behind the desk or coaching on the floor, her mission is to ensure every person at Aspire feels seen, supported, and empowered. She genuinely loves making people feel special and important, because they are!
Outside of the gym, she’s a proud morning person who finds peace in nature, joy in time with her beloved dog Wednesday, and creative energy in the kitchen.
